Develop a system for managing a folder of liquid templates, allowing users to start by copying from an existing library of templates. This feature includes the ability to browse, select, and clone templates from a pre-defined library. The management system will allow users to organize and edit these templates within their own folders.

In addition to liquid files, there should be CSS/SCSS support and a special definition.json that is a json schema file helping define the additional nondefault template values.
